Born on the 10 day of May, 1975 in Aizawl, Mizoram, Dr. Balwinder Singh has travelled a long journey from starting his career as a teacher in a school in Punjab to being a Principal and CBSE City Coordinator of Kanpur. He is also, working in capacity of President Kanpur Sahodaya Schools, Zonal Co-ordinator National Testing Agency, Govt. of India, Founder General Secretary Kanpur Private Schools Association and State Ambassador NISA. He is today known as a committed educationist and a multifaceted professional. With over 28 years of a successful career as a highly accomplished professional, he is an expert in steering academic improvements, skilled in designing and implementing practices in education and expertise in encouraging learning through interactive discussions, assessment tools, individualized education plans and ‘hands on’ approach to facilitate learning among students.He holds degrees from I K Gujral Technical University, Kanpur University and Accreditation in the field of Organisational Leadership Skills by London School of Business Administration.

Dr. Balwinder Singh is a Certified Master Trainer recognised by Institute Of Secretariat Training & Management Govt. Of India and SHRM (Virginia,United States).

He is highly regarded as an expert in training and motivating the stake holders in the educational arena. Endowed with a penetrative mind, amazing spontaneity and clarity of thoughts, his sessions are designed to infuse tremendous dynamism and vigour into the participants to make them more productive. The delivery style is interactive, entertaining and powerful. His sessions are generally focussed on: Programme Development, Curriculum Development, Individual Education Plan, Training and Development, School Administration, Infrastructural Development, Parent and Community interaction, Education Management, Classroom Management to name a few. His father served the Indian Army. The atmosphere of the Army had a great impact upon him during his growing years. The spirit of hard work dedication runs in the family. Discipline is his way of life. Mr. Singh acquired his school education from Kendriya Vidyalaya. He is a commerce graduate who further acquired a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Education. Also, it is worth mentioning that despite his hectic schedule and numerous responsibilities, Dr.Singh prefers to read during his leisure time. He has a good command over English, Hindi and Punjabi languages. Several articles and journals penned by him are published in major newspapers and bulletins from time to time.
